Quarantine Daily Routine

Hopefully you're following instructions by social isolating during this pandemic (unless you have an essential job. No judgement here). Whether you're working from home or have been instructed to just stay home, the days may seem to drag. Well, a little structure may be able to help with that. Feel free to modify this schedule to your liking. Here, I have a daily routine that will help the days go by more smoothly.

Wake Up: 7:00am

Make Bed

Stretch

Take Vitamins

Drink 16oz of Water

Shower

Listen to a Ted Talk, Podcast, Inspirational Speech, or Sermon while you make a healthy, hardy, breakfast.

Those who are WFH: 8:00am

Work but stand up every hour at least for a couple minutes.

Grab some water, coffee, or tea.

If work is slow, read something that will help you improve your goals, ex: "How to invest?"

Those who are NOT working from home: 8:00am

Find an online course. There's many free and reasonably priced ones. You can learn a new language, learn how to open up another stream of income, or take on  new hobby.

Work-out: 12:00pm

It is important to get that immune system boosted. Find a fun workout on YouTube or Xfinity for free. YouTube is my favorite place. They even have twerking workouts.

Eat a Nutritious Lunch

Back to Work if You're WFH: 1:00pm

If you can, take your computer outside and work on your patio or porch. The sun gives you vitamin D and that is very important.

Take some water with you

Play soothing music

Those NOT Working from Home: 1:00pm

Study on the patio or porch. The sun gives you vitamin D and that is very important.

Take some water with you

Read a Book

Do something creative

Time to Eat: 5:00pm

Make a nice, nutritious dinner for yourself

Clean the Kitchen

Give yourself a little not so healthy treat whether it's a cookie or a glass of sweet wine

Wine-down: 6:00pm

Light a Candle

Take your treat to a comfy spot in your home and watch a movie, show, or your favorite YouTube Channel

Stretch

Shower

Put on face mask and a fluffy robe

Conclude your skin routine

FaceTime a friend or family member

Bedtime: 9:00pm -10:00pm

If you have an oil diffuser, crank it up!

Journal what you're grateful for, what you want to achieve, and what you want in your life

Pray/Meditate

Ask Alexa to play "Rain Sounds" or whatever sound you like to sleep to.

Fall asleep
