Flush Fat With Turmeric Water



Turmeric is not only rich in color but also rich in antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties which improves digestion and boosts your metabolism. Naturally, rev up your metabolism by having a nightly cup of Turmeric water. Of course, this routine should be in addition to eating a clean diet and exercise. However, adapting this regime will increase your results. Here’s the recipe.


-1 cup of Warm Water
- ¼ tsp of Turmeric  (Organic)
-  Slice a Half of Lemon
- 1/8 tsp of Manuka Honey

Directions:
Boil the lemon slices or let them steep in hot water. When the lemon water cools from hot to warm, add the ¼ tsp to the water. It may settle in the bottom of the cup even if stirred well. If that bothers you, you can use a mesh strainer to extract the turmeric whilst transferring the water into another cup.  Drink this nightly. This is an inexpensive, easy, and healthy routine to support weight loss and improve your digestion.
